Four columns, one week. Mack's column is the rank order from the rankings page and cannot be dragged. Todd, Ryota and Scott each own one column: everyone sees all four, and you can move teams only in your own. Sign in once with your board key (the same key as the picks board); it is remembered on this device.
Your column starts from Mack's order the first time you open a week. If you ranked the week before, that order carries forward instead. Nothing is saved until you drop a team; after that every drop saves to the shared board and the other columns refresh every 20 seconds.
Moving a team: on a phone, press and hold a row, then slide it; a plain tap does nothing. On a computer, drag with the mouse. The ▲ ▼ buttons move a team one place and work everywhere.
The difference: each row shows the team's rating and how many places it sits above (▲, green) or below (▼, red) Mack's rank. The number at the top of a column is the average of those gaps, so "3.1" means that person's order differs from Mack's by about three places per team. Consensus at the bottom averages the ranks across the columns that have been ranked.
One device per person: your order is saved under your key, so the last save wins. If you rank on your phone and then on a laptop, the laptop's order replaces the phone's; the page picks up the newer copy when it next refreshes.
When the week rolls: the Tuesday ratings rebuild this page for the new week with a fresh slate; earlier weeks stay readable from the week link in the address (?week=5).
